That said, it has no compatibility issues with Windows 11. Note that Weather Bar was released back in 2018 and has not been updated since then.
To set the location and options to access preferences, you can right-click on its icon and click the required option. The program sources weather information from OpenWeatherMap. You can click on the same to open the flyout, which displays more information on the weather. Once installed, Weather Bar shows the temperature in the system tray. As you can see in the picture below, it is not pretty as the News & Interests weather widget on Windows 10 but does the job without any issues.
